The first batch of the new COMBI PAN has just arrived at our office!  Here are some of the features of the COMBI PAN:

• We use our patented INTAGLIO non-stick coating technology was inspired by the lotus leaf's ability to repel and glide water from it's surface.
• Our patented stainless steel hinges allows for the top
• The Combi Pan used silicon packing to completely seal the food inside when closed, allowing you to cook with pressure for faster cook time with better tasting food.
